Lexus gets high rating in the annual J.D. Power and Associates vehicle dependability study

Recent studies show that Lexus is keeping a good position, for the 14th year in row, in the top honors such as the annual J.D. Power and Associates vehicle dependability study. Researchers found out that, on a study made on 52,000 owners of 3-years old vehicles, the respondents report 75% more problems in the third year of ownership than during the first 3 months. There are big problems also on satisfaction level, the studies showing that they would hardly recommend the vehicle to others. The most experienced problems were excessive wind noise, noisy brakes, vehicles pulling to the left or right, issues with the interior panels or dashboard and excessive window fogging.
