As you know the Lexus LF-A prototype was presented at the Nurburgring 24 hours race. And not for 24 hours, but just for a second the engineers opened the hood, but this was more than enough to take a picture of the engine. Here it is! As previously speculated the engine will be a V10, but that’s pretty much we know about the car. Maybe we will find out more in October when the production version is supposed to be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show. Fingers crossed! .
5 comments: Lexus LF-A engine spy shot I doubt the LF-A will leave its competition in dust. Especially being the first attempt. I expect it to do well but not leave anyone "in the dust" And why the handling comparison to the GTR? where did that come from?
Agree or not, Lexus has a reputation of providing more than its competitors. They have done so in the luxury department and if they are charging 250 grand, Iam willing to bet the new supercar will leave the "Italian Powerhouses" in the dust. If its handling is even remotely similiar to the GT-R, I can see it destroying every supercar in sight. And again , lke it or not, the design is waaaaay better than any Italian supercar. wow. i don’t agree. I’m anxious to see some more info on the LF-A before I would compare it to a Italian powerhouse.
If I had a 1/4 million, I’d place an order for the Lexus LF-A. This car is way better than those dumbass Ferrari’s and any of the other German crap.
