Just before Christmas we reported that the Mazda RX-7 will be revealed in 2011 and it will replace the RX-8 sports car. Now, according to Cars UK, Mazda will also reveal the RX-9, a sports car, that according to the British magazine makes "more sense." Of course is not the first time you hear about a possible RX-9, first rumors appeared at the beginning of the year. The RX-9 will be powered by a Renesis 16X engine that will deliver a total of 350 hp. The car could also take advantage of new technology that would improve the fuel consumption by twenty percent of the traditionally gas-hungry rotary engine. .

hmm. With the tight competition in the market, I don’t think that the speed performance of this car would be a selling point of this car. There are still a lot of powerful car in the market today.
I really love Mazda for they are very consistent with the speed performance of their car. However, I don’t think that the speed performance of this car would be as great as other supercars!
if that happens then I’m so thrilled! I can’t wait for the its production.
Im really excited about affordable sportscar on the road!
well that was a big leap to the mazda, i hope it does performs well and good thing that mazda lessen it’s fuel consumption up to 20%.
In what way will the RX-9 will make more sense? Are the others less significant?..Whatever, all I know is that no matter what improvement did the cars made, enthusiasts are excitedly waiting for it.
Excitement is building and hopefully mazda can come up with something amazing. They need to produce a gem to compete with the market today. Not a fan of the model shown above, but fuel consumption work is a definate must when it comes to the rotary.
