According to Car Magazine the McLaren F1 supercar will get a V8-powered successor. It is codenamed P11 and will be launched in 2010. The P11 will target one of the most famous names in the supercars market like Lamborghini and Ferrari. Considering that the F1 launched in 1993, hit 240mph and trounced 0-62mph in 3.2sec you can imagine that the P11 is one of the most waited cars of the moment. The only question is: will the P1 have the same success as its predecessor? 4 comments: McLaren F1 to get V8-powered successor? ummmmm i’ll say nope, considering all the other super car companies have their top of the line models now makin that same time as the old f1 or even better thanks to modern tech
