The new Mercedes CL will be released this fall at the Paris Motor Show. The engine is set somewhere between 3.7 liter V6 and V12 (a V8 diesel engine is also a posibility). The CL will also have a AMG version, powered with a V12 engine delivering arround 600 hp.
Comparing to the present model the new CL is much sleeker and much more elegant. It has a luxurious interior, technical equipment and visibly flared fenders.
Rear wheel arches cheapen the look of the car. front end now looks like a sleepy lion? Do like very much that the back end is distinctive and resembles that of the much more costly Maybach line. I am a future customer of the soon to be changed CLK and hope that the back end also looks like the upcoming CL’s .
