Mercedes will be involved for the first time in the SEMA Auto Show this November in Las Vegas. It seems that the link between the manufacturer and the show will be Renntech, the well-known American tuner with a knack for Mercedes vehicles.

Renntech, will unveil at SEMA a customized Mercedes GLK->ke2078 inspired by the Pikes Peak Challenge, known as one of the most iconic and power-craven hill-climb events in the world. As you can see from the photos, the new car will feature a new hood, a re-designed front bumper with integrated daytime running LEDs, widened fenders, new side sills, a roof spoiler, and a new rear apron with integrated exhaust system.

According to the tuning company, the GLK will feature Renntech’s new performance hybrid drivetrain. More details when the official information will be revealed.
