Miss Tuning 2008 Calendar
Powerful vehicles and a real beauty in front of some new scenery: Lake Constance, the home of the TUNING WORLD BODENSEE, provided the scenery for the photographs for the 2008 MISS TUNING calendar. Austrian lifestyle photographer Christian Holzknecht who has recently worked for Playboy, put the new Miss Tuning, Silvia Hauten, in the scene in July with 12 calendar pictures.
Silvia Hauten was chosen as the new MISS TUNING 2007 at the TUNING WORLD BODENSEE in May this year having asserted herself against 268 competitors from the whole of Germany. The brunette with the radiant blue-green eyes spent one week in July in front of the camera for the Miss Tuning calendar. “Silvia has a very expressive face and radiates real class. That is why we decided to have an extremely elegant calendar this year. Noble tuning, shine and glamour but also sex appeal play a main role with the motifs,” explained Austria’s VIP photographer Christian Holzknecht. Playboy’s stylist Manfred Watzka provided Silvia Hauten with suitable outfits for the photo shoot. This qualified ladies tailor has already had experience as an assistant with designer Vivienne Westwood in London’s fashion life.

There were numerous magnificent vehicles posing next to the officiating Miss: For example the brunette drove up to Montfort castle in a dynamic Kicherer Mercedes SL Bi Turbo with 605 HP for one of the shoots after she had thrown a few casino chips in the Bregenz Casino. Lake Constance airport formed the scenery for one of Hamann Motor Sport’s "winged" 6 series BMW in front of what appears to be futuristic architecture, the photographer put the model and a customised vehicle from Loder 1899 into the scene.

Further photos were taken with a golden green Cobra, a Golf from the Kempten automobile modifiers Abt Sports Line as well as a white Audi TT Roadster from Rieger Tuning.
