Mitsubishi will unveil the new Lancer Evolution X at the Tokyo Motor Show. But of course the images and informations about the car couldn’t be hidden until then. As a result, the first images started to surface on the internet.

The Evo X will be offered in two different versions: the GSR and MR both with a maximum power of 295 hp and 300 lbs-ft. The GSR will be priced around $30.000 and the MR featuring a new dual-clutch sequential gearbox and will be priced a bit higher than the GSR.

The Evo X will feature an all new all-wheel-drive system with a power split of 50/50 to the front and rear wheels, but up to 80% can be sent to either the front or rear wheels.

The 0 to 60 mph sprint will be made in 5.0 seconds.

That is gonna be cheap in america the price tag that means that down here in Australia would be around $60.000 the EVO IX cost here $56.789 brand new.
