New BMW X1 - new teaser revealed

We’re not sure what BMW is trying to do here; first they released a series of official spy shots and then a few official teasers, but what are they trying to do with this image? At least before BMW was giving us a glimpse of the future crossover, but this is just ridiculous. Not that there is anything beach going blonds posing in front of the camera.

When the BMW X1 CUV finally goes on sale, it will be available with four-wheel drive followed shortly after by a rear-wheel drive model. The base power plant is expected to be a 2.0 Liter four cylinder making 177 HP. BMW will also make diesel powered versions available as well. When the X1 does hit showrooms, it will be competing directly against vehicles like the Mercedes Benz GLK.
