No Smoking and Driving in Germany?
Do you enjoy smoking while driving ? German drivers may not be able to do so in the future if the Governor of Substance abuse has her way. Governor Sabine Baetzing wants the activity to be a thing of the past even if it would be an invasion of privacy. As a non-smoker, I would be very favorable to this but I’m sure smokers would be furious about this law.
| Why does she want to ban smoking in automobiles? She claims that the fumes produced while driving are much more harmful. I think the German government needs to focus more on getting a ban in restaurants and bars than trying to get the on automobiles first. Having smoke free bars and restaurants is a great here in Massachusetts.
