A few months after those gut-wrenching photos of a crashed Pagani C9 brought us all close to tears, we're delighted to tell you that the new C9->ke3170 is once again up and running and out on the road to continue to do more testing after its unceremonious break.

This photo was sent over by a Dutch fellow that was traveling along the Brenner Pass from Italy to Austria when he, much to his surprise, caught a real-life C9 blazing along the same road. In his haste to snap a photo, he was only able to catch one photo of the new prototype C9. While we'd be thrilled to have seen more than one photo, it's still one more than nothing.

Pagani hasn't announced an unveiling date for the C9, but we're all hopeful that it could come sometime later this year, possibly at the Paris Motor Show. In any case, we're just glad to see Pagani's new supercar back testing on the road after that ridiculous crash a few months ago.
