Hollywood personality Paris Hilton was spotted arriving at The Ivy in Beverly Hills in a $450,000 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren supercar. How’d she snag it? It could be thanks to Dad: His hotel empire has a sponsorship deal with the automobile’s Formula 1 racing team.

Paris undoubtedly wanted this car in an effort to out-do rival Lindsay Lohan, who has Mercedes SL65 AMG (which she crashed). Or maybe Paris’ $170,000 Bentley just wasn’t the same after her boyfriend crashed it into a truck. Either way, SLR has a top speed of 208 mph and can hit 60 mph in 3.8 seconds.
