Making your way in the photography world is not an easy task. In fact, we’d say it’s extremely difficult to do so, but Jordan Shiraki has managed to do just that. Back in 2010, he managed to create a portfolio specifically for Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann and one of his incredible photos from that set has managed to make it as our latest ‘Photo of the Week.’

His image depicts a Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera sliding through a desert, definitely a place where you won’t usually see a supercar of this caliber.

Combine that scene with an incredible backdrop and a large plume of dust trailing in the car’s wake, and it's little surprise of why we are so fond of this particular photo from Shiraki.

As a reminder, the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera weighs an impressive 154 pounds less than the standard LP560-4, with the 5.2-liter V12 pumping out an extra 10 horsepower, bringing the total figure up to 570HP. As a result, it can sprint to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds and continue onto a top speed in excess of 200 mph.

Starting at $237,600 for the most basic of models, the Superleggera is the ultimate expression of what can be achieved in the junior supercar market, and this particular image captures the car in all its glory.

Thanks to Jordan Shiraki allowing us to use this photo and be sure to check back next week where we have an incredible Koenigsegg Agera R image to showcase.
