Until Porsche will finally decide to bring a convertible version for the Panamera, tuners would like to offer us an idea on how a model like this might look like. This project however does not start its life as a Panamera, but as a Nissan 350Z Roadster. The conversion was made by Fairy Design and put on display at the Tokyo Motor Show. With this project the owner wanted to create something unique that will catch attention at the show. For that simple mods like wheels, body kit and air ride were not enough. So he started to modify the 350Z starting with custom air brushed murals in the hood and side body panels, Panamera inspired headlamps, an impressive white exterior paint and a new set of wheels. While we are not 100% we agree with his idea, we have to admit: the car is really an eye catcher, and for sure it got lots of attention in Tokyo. Updated 11/08/2011: Apparently this guy is very proud of his work as be brought this strange looking Panamera in Las Vegas. While deciding on the worst tunings displayed at the SEMA Show, this is definitely one of the cars on our list. See the images we have added in the picture gallery and let us know if you agree. .
13 comments: Porsche Panamera Coupe Convertible The weight issue is not a big deal at all since they been planning to make make luxury car and not a sportscar. The aesthetic looks great and the exterior really looks so luxurious! I just wonder what’s the price tag of this car.
 I don’t think that the convertible will enhance the look of the Panamera except for the fact that it the weight would be increases because of the hard rooftop!
 I have to admit that Nissan Roadster really looks amazing and making that as basis would be so grateful since Panamera is a good model.
 this car is a vast improvement over the styling of the back end of the original panamera. i fail to see the point of this car though. it seems as if porsche is going in circles.
 Panamera would be one of iconic line of Porsche. And i have to admit that this car is flexible enough that it could modify from hybrid, coupe then into sedan. However, the luxurious look and aggressiveness of the Panamera is always there.
 drop top would be amazing and the interior looks gorgeous.
I always prefer the convertible version of anything.
It really make sense that the Porsche has already top off the GT2 and GT3..No doubt that the Porsche is much popular compare to the two.I

 Ugly as a japanese car!  Probably the well thought lines of a elegant series Porsche is not enough for the Japan market!
