The Middle East has come to be known as the playground of the rich and famous. As such, their lavish lifestyles have to be satiated with expensive toys, no matter how big or small they may be.

The market in the Persian Gulf region for anything high-end is strong, to say the least. That’s why Rolls Royce has decided to release the new Rolls Royce Phantom->ke1283 Bespoke Collection exclusively in that part of the world. After all, chances are that most of the people that can afford these cars have permanent residences there. It’s one thing to be able to afford a ‘standard’ Rolls-Royce but only the wealthiest of the wealthy can afford something that comes out of the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collection like this recently-released Phantom.

Decked in a two-tone Arizona Sun over English White paint, this particular Phantom is the second one that was created under the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Program, which, as you can now plainly see, gives customers free reign to alter any optional extras they would like to change, both inside and out. The first car that came out of this program was a gold Drophead Coupe that was delivered in – surprise, surprise – Abu Dhabi.

Continued after the jump.

While not exactly as glittery as the first one, this particular Phantom was customized to include Saddle Tan leather interior with matching handmade silk rugs and mother of pearl inlays, exuding nothing less than high-brow royalty.

Making these cars all that more exclusive is the fact that Rolls-Royce will only be delivering six of these cars to the Middle East, which should be reason enough for the princes and shieks in that region to get off their diamond-plated thrones and make an order of the four remaining cars under the Bespoke Collection that’s going to make its way to that region.
