Rolls-Royce Wraith's Teaser Tour With Interior Images

If for nothing else, Rolls-Royce has mastered the art of the slow tease.

With the 2013 Geneva Motor Show around the corner, the British automaker is taking the slow and steady approach in trying to drum up interest for the return of the Wraith luxury car.

We’ve seen numerous teaser photos over the past few weeks but all those involved shadowy images of the Wraith’s exterior. This time, though, Rolls-Royce is giving us a peek of two key components of the luxury car’s interior: the dashboard clock and the timbered yacht-inspired door.

True to its reputation as a meticulous brand with an eye for detail, Rolls-Royce went to lengths to give the Wraith a unique look. The clock, in particular, comes with Blood Orange needle tips that, according to Rolls, pay homage to its aviation heritage.

The Wraith is set to make its world debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and, in addition to the lavish exterior and interior, is expected to carry a 6.6-liter V-12 twin-turbo engine with an output of around 600 horsepower.

Press Release

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars today publishes the third official image of its new model Wraith, which will be launched at the Geneva Motor Show on 5 March 2013.

The newest model in the pinnacle car maker’s range features a luxurious, contemporary interior to complement the dynamic poise of its exterior styling. Luxury and hand-craftsmanship work in harmony, thanks to the inclusion of softest ‘Phantom-grade’ leathers and expanses of open pore wood named Canadel Panelling.

This contemporary finish presents an interior space that hints at the interior of an ultra-luxury yacht. The horseshoe sweep of Wraith’s cabin also echoes the cove at Le Canadel in the South of France where Sir Henry Royce and his design team spent their winters.

Every possible interior detail has been carefully considered – and beautifully executed. The clock, for example, is presented with Blood Orange needle tips that point to the car’s dynamic potential, while paying homage to the marque’s aviation heritage.

Like every Rolls-Royce, Wraith is entirely built by hand. The skill of craftsmen and women at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood is evident in every delicate stitch and each carefully book-matched veneer.

The teaser seems disappointing since I could only see the clock and a little bit of interior. But if the Rolls-Royce will have a unique look then it will be impressive and classic just like the previous models before.

Refinement , classy, elegancy and all the great atributes go to rolls. Congratulations!!!
