The Internet went up in a fury after multiple reports indicated that Justin Bieber may replace Paul Walker in Fast & Furious 7, but now another report seems to indicate a replacement that is a little closer to the departed star of the franchise.

According to various outlets, Paul’s similar-looking younger brother, Cody, is in talks with Universal to step in to film his big brother's final scenes. Cody has previously worked as a stuntman, so replacing one of the most important characters in the Fast & Furious franchise, would be a huge step up in the ranks for the younger Walker.

A report from Daily Mail claims that Cody would not necessarily be a star of the film, but rather shot from a distance and from behind in the remaining scenes that Paul was supposed to be a part of. The report also claims that any closer shots would include CGI to paste Paul's face onto Cody's body, The latter of these two rumors seems a little farfetched, but Universal may be desperate to avoid reshooting the entire F&F 7. Additionally, Daily Mail also reported that the Walker family is involved in how Walker will exit the series.

In the above image, you can see just how similar looking Cody (far left) and Paul (far right) are. We can see exactly why Universal would consider using him as the fill-in to complete Daily Mail

If there is any validity to this report, it would be a far more acceptable step than bringing "The Bieb" into the franchise. Then again, could Cody fill the slot vacated by his brother and not feel like he is profiting off of his sibling's death? We're not saying that this is the case; in fact, we feel the exact opposite -- it would be a nice tribute to Walker to have his brother fill in -- but would his brother be capable of handling the role without feeling guilty?

We'll keep an eye on the situation to if there is any truth to these rumors.

For now, you can click past the jump to watch the Smoking Tire feature on Paul Walker and Roger Rodas' awesome garage. It's certainly a good watch and a fitting tribute to these two car lovers.}

In other Walker-related news, a video the Smoking Tire produced a little over a year ago has turned viral after it was revealed that the owners of this unique garage are, in fact, Walker and Roger Rodas.

The garage has a lot of cars, some more prestigious than others. There are a handful of Ferraris, a few Porsche models, and even some rare exotics like a BMW M1->ke4680 and a Ford GT40, two cars that nobody will confuse with any other supercar in the world.

To say that Walker and Rodas' car collection is awesome would be an understatement. They knew their cars. They were auto connoisseurs of the highest order.

And even if both have left us too soon, this video perfectly encapsulates what those two men really were: car-lovers.

Just like al lot of us.
