Sony releases new trailer for Gran Turismo 5

A day after finally finding out the official release date of Gran Turismo 5, we’re still in a state of mixed disbelief. You can excuse us for feeling this way after all since Polyphony Digital and Sony have delayed the release of the game about five times now.

But this time, it looks different. This time, it just may be it.

And just to illustrate what all of us are in for, they have come out with a new trailer for the game that’s got some things in it that we didn’t know the game had. First, there was the voice-over of no less than Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel. Then there’s the Stig himself making some sort of cameo and did we also mention that Sony announced that GT5 will also come in 3D?

If everything does push through, you can bet that Gran Turismo 5 will be redefining the way auto racing games will be made in the future. Check out the video and tell us that you’re not salivating yet. We won’t believe you.

haha. I think this is too much. I think people have already done with the drooling part, this is the time to put this thing on the testsmiley

Enough for the salivating part. I read too much about the article of GT5.

Not a surprise, I hardly think they’d be able to get the 599 for GT HD and not have any Ferrari for GT5.

This will have more features like 40 cars 4 tracks (reversible) and the fact you can race with more than 15 cars on the track. Still no word on damage, but I guess we will have an inboard view since there was a model of a Mercedes 300SL Gull wing interior a few months ago and now with the view of the interior in this scene as well.

what a teasing movie of the GT5. but wait atari is already releasing their very own racing simulation like the GT5.

i think i has also a ps2 format.. many are requesting the same..

does it have a ps2 format also? or is it just plain ps3 only?

This is so much exciting if they will open some league on this game.

PS3 will be mine before Nov. 2nd for sure. I’ve not necessarily been waiting for GT5 to buy it, but GT5 is a hell of a reason to buy one nonetheless.

Nah, it’s a very teasing trailer. Finally, they’re going to release it on the market.
