In the same press release that revealed the existence of the C8 Laviolette ‘LM85′, Spyker also announced that the D8 Peking-to-Paris SUV is in full development. The company says the production version will come by the end of 2009.

The D8 Peking-to-Paris was first revealed as a concept at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. It was powered by a 6.2 liter V10 engine that delivers 536 hp. The top speed was 170 mph, while the 0 to 60 mph sprint was made in 5.5 seconds. Back in May, Spyker and Lotus announced cooperation for the Spyker C8 Aileron and the Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris.
