The 2011 Ford Fiesta celebrates Cinco de Mayo on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

  news

It would be simply moronic if Ford did not take advantage of Cinco de Mayo to market the 2011 Ford Fiesta. The word “fiesta” itself stands for “party” and Cinco de Mayo is the perfect opportunity to throw a Mexican fiesta and show off the Ford Fiesta’s fun-filled style.

The 2011 Ford Fiesta will be joining the cast of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” as Guillermo, the show’s parking lot security guard, starts up his own dance troupe, shuts down Hollywood Boulevard, and dances his butt off. This extravagant display of party-making madness is the result of a dream where Eric Estrada tells Guillermo to pull off this unique performance. The Fiesta is ready to get to get its groove on with its 15 class-exclusive features and technologies and projected best-in-class highway fuel economy. We just can’t wait to see what Jimmy Kimmel has in store for the “versatile, personal, and adaptable” small car.

The bit will air tonight at 12:05a.m. on ABC, but there’s always a way to get a sneak peek at what is going to happen, so hit the jump for a video that prepares the viewer for the hilarity that’s to come.

Press Release

The 2011 Ford Fiesta is taking to late-night TV to mark Cinco de Mayo, joining the cast of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and a dance troupe to show off just how much fun Ford’s newest small car can be.

"We are excited to once again team up with the ’Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ show for Fiesta," says Connie Fontaine, Ford brand content and alliances manager. "The show was instrumental in helping us reveal the Ford Fiesta last December and now they are throwing a huge party for the Fiesta on Cinco de Mayo."

In the segment, Guillermo is about to have some major fun with the Fiesta after getting a very important message from Erik Estrada during a dream earlier in the week. Guillermo’s plans include starting up a dance troupe and shutting down Hollywood Boulevard to show off his moves in a Cinco de Mayo celebration. Tune in to ABC tonight at 12:05 a.m. EDT to find out what happens and where Fiesta takes Guillermo. To get a sneak peak at tonight’s segment, visit: http://www.youtube.com/v/z2wVQ-5G44o

Agreed. The car have an impressive styling and I would say that its one of the best option for hatchback. BTW, the engine performance of the 2012 version is quite impressive.

The newer version of the car have an impressive engine performance. The versatility and reliability of the car makes it quite an awesome production. And I guess that’s the reason why Ken Block love to drive this car.

Well, I don’t get why everyone is freaking about the Ford Fiesta invited in Jimmy Kimmel show? I think the Fiesta doesn’t need much exposure.

I guess it’s really making the Fiesta more popular ain’t it? most celebrities today are making use of the Fiesta and Focus.
