Passion for cars and passion for racing games go hand in hand, so we're certain that you've spent lots of time playing at least one of the famous car games out there, like Need For Speed->ke3700, Gran Turismo ->ke3689 or Forza->ke3733.

As you probable know, huge leaps forward in game content and graphics a new game require a new consoles that are powerful enough to run these advanced games. This is where things have evolved at light speed over the last few decades.

From the Magnavox Odyssey released back in 1972, things went at high speed and now the world is preparing for the unveiling of the PlayStation 4->ke4615 and the Xbox One->ke3732 consoles, which will once again revolutionize digital racing, thanks to enhanced graphics, processing speeds and the ability to store their games in the "cloud," so they can pick up right where they left off, even in the middle of a highly competitive race.

What the launch of this two new consoles means for racing game players? Only good things of course.

Check them out after the jump.

Forza Motorsport 5

Thanks to Xbox One's new "cloud" storing capacity, the all-new Forza Motorsport 5 comes with a new feature called "Drivatar." This means that every time you race, this feature will store details on how you behaved behind the wheel. This means for example, if you braked heading into corners at Laguna Seca->ke981,the new Drivatar will learn this trait and store it for future use.

This Drivatar is cool because it stores your driving habits along with lists of professional drivers and other users that you can choose from online and race against, knowing that you are competing with like drivers.

Xbox One will be released on November 22nd, 2013 and ring up at $499.99.

Need For Speed Rivals

Since Gran Turismo 6, Sony's flagship racing game, has no immediate plans to make its way to PS4 -- a real mistake in our opnion -- we have to focus on the best racing game available for PS4: Need For Speed Rivals. Unfortunately for PS4, the same game is also available for Xbox One.

Need For Speed Rivals for PS4 also brings a new feature called "AllDrive." It allows players to join a world where friends are already racing and chasing. Also, thanks to the new AllDrive feature, the single-player and multiplayer are no longer isolated game modes, and you and your friends can all share the same game, same race and same chase. If you don't like doing this, then you can simply choose to make Redview County yours alone and dominate the advanced racing and cop AI.

The PS4 is available now for $399.99.
