How did we choose? First it must have been a car (or a concept) unveiled in 2007, or with sales begining in 2007. It must have been a new car, or with a totally new design. It must have made a big "buzz" when it was unveiled and be considered as a "best car" by important auto magazines. And of course, to be our dream car!

On choosing TopSpeed’s best car of 2007 we needed to choose from the new Nissan GT-R and the BMW M3. Considering that the M3 is already a too usual choice and that the GT-R made quite an impression since its launch we will give the TopSpeed’s best car of the year title to the Nissan GT-R.
