Toyota unveiled the A-BAT Concept in January at the Detroit Auto Show. And shortly after it was rumored the concept will see production. Now it seems that the company is a step closer to producing the audaciously styled A-BAT concept pickup truck: "This is a common next step in evaluating cost parameters on promising concepts, but it does not imply a commitment to it yet," said a senior Toyota executive. Supplier queries were sent for both a four-cylinder and hybrid-powered version of the truck, said Mike Levine. Although the platform architecture is still unknown, the A-BAT would be car-based, rather than use a body-on-frame structure. .

Sorry to say Toyota but it is not really a pretty concept neither nice. Anyway, it is only a concept, so you still have the time to enhance and change it.
Toyota needs to feel doubt in bringing this one on production. I’m sure it will hurt their feelings if no one even bother to look on this A-BAT. Sorry to say Toyota but you better enhance it first before deciding to sell this one.
Ugly indeed, it’s headlamps it too much high. Also like andress said, it looks like an old rav4 with a headlamp of accura.
ow that was an ugly looking car, it’s head lamps are not suitable because it’s to small for a truck plus it has a lot of space blow for a large head lamp. also it looks like the old model of rav 4’s nose tip and grille.
