Fifth Gear’s resident expert on racing, Mr. Tiff Needell, decided that there was a weak link in the show’s driver lineup. So with the help of a Lamborghini Gallardo, a racetrack and a £900 insurance premium; Tiff turned Tom into a decently good driver, keeping it off the grass for the majority of the lesson.
