At the rate Audi->ke14 is releasing these videos; we’ll probably know everything about the Audi A1->ke1729 even before it makes its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show this March.

We’ve already seen two videos about the A1’s daytime running lights and its customizable roof arches and now comes the third instalment of what is fast becoming a series of promo videos designed to, well, promote the new premium hatchback.

This time, the man taking us for yet another tour of the A1 is Audi’s Head of Quality, Werner Zimmermann. In this particular video, Zimmermann spends almost two minutes propping up the A1 – as he should be doing – and claiming that the new hatchback will raise the bar on how vehicles in the compact car segment will be judged in the future.

Ok, so the thought-process isn’t exactly revolutionary; after all, promoting your own brand – exaggerated or otherwise – has been done since time immemorial. But if you listen to Zimmerman’s words a little closely, you’ll notice an air of confidence surrounding the man, as if what he’s saying is prophetic in some way.

Of course, we won’t know for sure until the A1 makes its debut in March so we’ll reserve our judgments until then. In the meantime, check out the video and learn more about the car, straight from the proverbial horse’s mouth.
