Video: Audi R8 V10 5.2 FSI Spider caught testing

The future Audi R8 V10 5.2 FSI Spider has been caught testing at the Nürburgring before its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The sports car will only be offered with a 5.2 Liter V10 producing 525 hp mated to a six speed manual transmission standard, negating the speculation that the German automaker would release a version with the 420 HP 4.2 Liter FSI V8. The drop top super car can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in around 4 seconds, while the vehicle’s top speed will be in the ballpark of 200 MPH.
