Lamborghini->ke44’s new prized bullfighter, the Aventador LP700-4->ke3624, is getting a lot of press lately for all the right reasons. Weeks after it made its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini is now in the middle of phase two of the Aventador’s marketing and publicity efforts after the supercar was spotted in the middle of the Californian dessert for what appears to be a shoot of a promotional video.

Not that the Aventador needs any more promoting considering the immense hype it generated before it made its hotly anticipated debut earlier this month. But then again, publicity is publicity, and you probably can’t have enough of it, even if you’re car is a walking advertisement of your brand in its own right and has already sold out for 2011.

In this video, the folks from InsideLine got a behind-the-scenes look at the production of the commercial, complete with some dust-flying footage of the 700-horsepower Italian bull as it rampaged in and around the hot dessert amidst the Californian landscape.
