We've all been introduced to Robert Himler, the dude that loves taking passengers and driving them around in his Underground Racing-tuned Lamborghini Gallardo. Apparently, Robert isn't the only one in his circle that's obsessed with taking fast cars and making them faster than anything we've ever seen.

One of his friends is David Wiggs, a man who just bought a Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce and is in the process of putting his supercar through an insane performance modification that will net the Italian Lambo with an astonishing 1,600 horsepower.

To accomplish that, Wiggs shaved the Murcielago's weight by removing a few materials, including the front differential, the half-shafts, the torque tube, the muffler, all while converting it from an AWD to a RWD. The result was weight savings of over 200 pounds with further changes still expected to be made.

The target, like we said, is 1,600 rear horsepower, which is just absolutely nuts and something that Himler's 1,250-horsepower Gallardo will have a difficult time competing against.
