Thanks to video god, Marchettino, we now have the first video that sings the song of the beautiful Ferrari 458 Spider. This is the first 458 Italia Spyder that has been spotted on the streets and, although its exhaust note obviously matches that of the Coupe, is still one of the sweetest sounds we’ve heard.
Marchettino had the opportunity to videotape the sports car and even convinced the driver to a nice little rev for the camera. Now that’s how you say, "Cheese!"
The Ferrari 458 Italia Spider is powered by same 4.5-liter V8 engine from the hard-top version. The engine delivers a total of 570 HP at 9,000 rpm and 400 lb/ft of torque at 6,000 rpm and will sprint the car from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 198 mph.
