Video: Ferrari 458 Spider takes a turn on the Stelvio Pass

The Stelvio Pass is believed to be one of the most dangerous roads in the world. Located in the Italian Alps, this curved road attracts thousands of motorists every year, including the guys over at Car And Driver who recently took a Ferrari 458 Italia Spyder. The car was driven by Jethro Bovingdon - Car and Driver’s European correspondent - who was able to drop the top of the Spyder and experience the thrill of the ride.

As a reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia Spyder is powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine that delivers a total of 570 HP. This setup gets the sports car from 0-60 mph in just 3.4 seconds and up to a top speed of 202 mph. The engine also delivers an outstanding power output of 127 HP/liter and 120 Nm/liter and only 307 g/km of CO2 with a fuel consumption of just 13.3 l/100 km.

I think from this Video. I’m going to admire Jethro Bovingdon on his great performance with the Spyder.

Mr. Jethro Bovingdon is cool to have no worries on hitting the accelerator and brakes while on the Stelvio Pass.

Jethro Bovingdon really rocks it out on that Stelvio Pass. He might get nervous a bit on doing that drift-driving on that dangerous road.

I’m amazed on its driver—Jethro Bovingdon. He really has a lot of energy on driving this Spyder and experience the promised thrilling experience.

The Ferrari takes the route easily despite the danger in the Stelvio Pass. Imagine the most elegant sports car is having a wild run on the world’s most dangerous road.
