Answering the age old question like who is better Superman or Batman? Our friends at GTboard have conducted some very official closed course testing that pits the pride of Stuttgart the Porsche Carrera GT against the prancing horse from Maranello the Ferrari 599 GTB. Who is faster, the mid-engine 5.7 Liter V10 in the carbon fiber bodied Porsche, or the front engine V12 sourced from the Enzo connected to an F1 inspired Superfast transmission. Watch the video to find out. By the way, Batman would drive the Porsche.
The 599 may have F1 transmission doing shifts at 100milliseconds and a V12 but at the end of the day, it still is over two tons and will lose to a Carrera GT. An Enzo would be a better competitor. I can gurantee it will be faster around a track and straight line than a Carrera GT.
Although Unofficial I must say that the result of this race really deserve the attention. Porsche seemed better than the Ferrari...and somebody has to do something about that.
Is it Batman or Superman? They are Super Friends! Thry don’t fight. But these car are different in sprint driving you can see who will do it better in the race track but driving skill still count a lot for the car to perform its best lap.
In the first run it was the Ferrari 599 that made it and on the second run it was the Carrera GT that did it. Well, I can’t honestly say which is better unless I am there to really drive those cars myself. But one thing is sure Carrera really does get my vote but the Enzo F1 inspired superfast transmission must have the advantage.
