Video: How not to drive a Ferrari 458 Italia

Usually, when anyone buys a high performance sports car, the first advice typically provided to them is to take a high performance driving course to learn how to handle the amount of power shooting out of it. If the driver of the sports car doesn’t heed to this warning then incidents like this can easily take place. A driver testing his Ferrari 458 Italia at the Vallelunga racetrack during the race of the Ferrari Club Italia lost control over his sports car and ran right smack into a wall. Luckily, the damages caused to his red 458 Italia are repairable.

The Ferrari 458 Italia is powered by a 4,499 cc V8 engine that delivers a total of 570 HP at 9,000 rpm and a peak torque of 540 Nm at 6000 rpm. Top speed goes up to an impressive 201 mph so is no wonder people have trouble controlling it.

I think without those barriers, the Italia definitely suffers more than those bruises. I was thinking about what would be the worst thing can happen if this happened in the road. Sportscar owner really needs to have a car insurance for their vehicle!

Yeah, accident is very common on high speed performing vehicle like Italia. However, this one in the video is different for it was caught on camera! This crashed is what you call stupidness and of course, it’s a driver’s fault.

Poor little Ferrari, but poorer video! I did not see what happened because the video jumps. WEW! Thanks to that fences. The Italia 458 did not get serious damage. If there’re no fences there, I think the owner will pay that expensive repair and maintenance.

I think, Ferrari 458 Italia is really fast that is why the driver did not able to control the car or maybe, the driver forgot that a car has a break. LOL. Poor Ferrari being smashed by just that.

Well, its a sad thing to see that my favorite Ferrari 458 Italia have just crashed and smashed like that by some unworthy drivers.

Yay! I wonder if he stepped too much in the accelerator pad or the car is just too fast that he can’t control its speed. With the horsepower and torque of this vehicle, no wonder that it would be a speedy car. I think for the starter its better to be careful and don’t be so boastful in the road!

Well, I guess that’s the weak point of a high performing vehicle especially when the driver is not familiar in handling such huge amount of power output. Just look at the what happened to the great Porsche 911, Several units have crashed involving that vehicle due to its speed performance.
