Advanced Design Tramontana is a Spanish company that is not very well-known. They began their courtship with the sportscar in 2007 with a vehicle they called the Tramontana. This single or two seater sportscar used a Mercedes-sourced twin-turbo 5.5-liter V12 engine that screamed 720hp. The company then took this monster of an engine and placed it in a completely carbon fiber chassis and wrapped a carbon fiber body around it. In this episode of Leno’s Garage, Jay Leno had the opportunity to drive the Tramontana R which is the closed top model produced in 2009.
As we mentioned before, the supercar is powered by a 720 hp engine and makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.6 seconds, hits the 0 to 124 mph mark in 10.15 seconds, and boasts a top speed of 201 mph. Seriously, can this guy’s car resume get any better?
For those who just saw this clip, oh well you better browse all about Jay Leno in this website and you’ll be jealous seeing those gorgeous cars on his garage.
Hahaha, Robert you’re just envy thats why you’ve said that. Yes of course, He doesn’t look gorgeous at all but upon seeing his car collections I should say that he’s ultimate handsome
Other than that, this is one of the craziest-looking vehicles I’ve ever seen, and there’s not a lot that’s even remotely similar. Kudos to the stylist.
I thought this car was decent, but after this video it seem AMAZING. The quality and looks of it and the interior is top notch. The center driving position with tandem passenger is awesome. Great car. Now is it worth the money?
