When it comes to producing good car reviews, the folks at Kelly Blue Book definitely know what they're doing, and their latest one, which was on the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible, is no exception. The review was made by KBB's Micah Muzio in and around Palm Springs and he wants to prove that even though people have dismissed the Corvette in the past, the new C7 generation->ke4603 is really, really good.

According to KBB, the new Corvette Stingray has the power to make you forget about cars like Porsche 911->ke282 or Audi R8->ke1440, even though it comes in at a considerably lower price. Check out the video to see what made the guys over KBB to come to this conclusion.

As a reminder, the Corvette Stingray Convertible shares the same engine with the coupe: a 6.2-liter, V-8 engine that delivers a total of 455 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This amount of output is enough to sprint the car from 0 to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds - a pretty impressive number for a convertible.
