It is not everyday that you are invited for a ride at the Lamborghini production facility, and when you find out that it is with the company’s long time test driver, a little documentation is in order.

Valentino Balboni recently got his own special edition rear wheel drive Gallardo LP 550-2, but here the Lamborghini test driver was giving journalists rides in the ultra luxurious Murcielago LP-640.

Valentino is right at home in one of the world’s most expensive offices, no matter whether they were doing 270 Km/h down the Italian highway, dodging oncoming traffic or undertaking a four wheel slide, Mr. Balboni’s years of experience behind the wheel of high horsepower machines shined through.
