Video: Lexus LF-A pays a visit to Jay Leno's Garage

On the latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, the only supercar the Japanese market is currently offering was the star: the Lexus LF-A (that is, of course, if you don’t consider the Nissan GT-R a supercar). With only 170 units allocated for the US market, finding this car for something even as minor as a test is going to be rather difficult, but if anyone can do it, Leno can.

Jay Leno, next to Road & Track’s Patrick Hong, had the chance to review the LF-A and, most importantly, got to take it out on the road for a test drive. Find out whether he enjoyed the ride or not by watching the video!

As a refresher: the Lexus LF-A is powered by a 4.8 liter V10 that delivers a maximum output of 560 HP at 9,000 RPM and a peak torque of 354 lb-ft at 6,800 RPM. It can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.7 seconds and can hit a top speed of 202 MPH.

Whoa. I’d love to be surprised with this in my garage one morning.

I’m a huge fan also of Jay Leno, and I can say that his garage is the most epic garage of all garages in the world.

Well, Jay Leno’s garage is one lucky garage then. And Lexus LF-A is promoted via the can’t-help-but-try attitude of Jay Leno!

Jay Leno’s really one lucky personality! I’d give anything to have a free drive test of this!

Jay Leno is a lucky personality/enthusiast to be able to keep and test drive it.

He is really enjoying driving the car. I hope I can also get to drive one of them.

It is a good thing that Jay Leno didn’t get it dented, or else nobody will let him test drive again.

Whoa whoa, that was speedy. Good thing Jay Leno didn’t crash. I wonder how much he’ll pay if he did.

Of course, he enjoyed it! With that high-performing engine and fast-boosting speed, who would not?

Who would not enjoy trying out this car? Whoa, look at that performance, it’s so highly dynamic!

This is such an excellent demonstration on how powerful and speedy the car is. Too bad the production is limited.
