Video: McLaren MP4-12C with Ron Dennis

The man in charge at McLaren, Ron Dennis sat down to tell us a little more about his high performance automobile manufacturer’s latest creation, the MP4-12C, a vehicle that has the performance of a Ferrari, the style of a Lamborghini and the desirability of an Aston Martin while maintaining a much more reasonable cost. However McLaren would not be content simply measuring themselves up to the likes of the world’s most prestigious exotic automobile manufacturers, they strive to be better.

Mr. Dennis promises that the McLaren MP4-12C is only one in a long line of super cars. The MP4-12C is powered by a twin turbocharged 3.8 Liter V8 engine producing around 600 HP and 433 lb-ft of torque. The engine is coupled to a McLaren built seven speed Seamless Shift dual clutch gearbox and can sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in less than 3.5 seconds and can hit a top speed in excess of 200 MPH.
