After being unveiled at the Dubai Auto Show, the Mercedes SLS AMG Desert Gold shows what it can do with the sand dunes of Abu Dhabi serving as a back drop for the special edition SLS’s introduction. This gull wing fit for King Midas combines a matte gold skin on top of an aluminum body with bold highlights in contrasting gloss black. All of the special edition SLS’s decorative trim is dipped in highly lustrous chrome or is available in the standard super car’s Silver Shadow finish. AMG’s design team finishes off the golden gull wing with a set of black light weight alloy wheels sized 9.5 x 19 inches up front and a wide 11.0 x 20 inches in the rear.
It’s kinda envious to see a customized AMG like this one and after that car show that’s held at Dubai which I may think they are leading on bringing extraordinary supercars all over the world, no doubt that we’ll see big dealerships on some famous and luxurious car manufacturers for middle eastern countries.
As I saw it on a car show in Abu Dhabi as one of my favorite just because of the matte used on this car that is compatible with the place by which as you may know that middle east are that rich in gold and deserts just like this car, so beautiful.
