Video: Ridge Racer Unbounded is pure chaos on the streets

Before Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport established themselves as the pre-eminent auto racing games in the world, that title belonged to Namco Bandai’s Ridge Racer.

The upcoming Ridge Racer title, Unbounded, hopes to re-establish the franchise as a significant player in the racing game market. And judging by the trailers Namco Bandai has released, it looks like they’re about to give, not just Gran Turismo and Forza a run for its money, but they’ve set their sights on Need For Speed too.

The trailer video features hardcore racing at its finest combined with heaps of destruction derby added to it. Let’s see...high-octane racing...explosives...track customizations; sounds like a recipe for a great video game to us.

Even better for interested gamers is that if anybody pre-orders the game, they will receive the limited ’Day One Edition’ for free, which now includes bonus cars and paint jobs for customization.

Check out the video trailer of Ridge Racer Unbounded after and we’re for certain that you’ll be dying to get a copy of the game too.

It’s action pack and full of explosive stunts. This race to death video gives more thirst on the gaming dudes out there.

It’s impossible for this to be cheap. The graphics and sound effects are beyond high quality.

I hope its price isn’t too expensive! It seems like a high-budgeted game.

With its release, I’m gonna get addicted once again to video games!

What is Need for Speed when you got this? This will be highly addicting!

I think it will cost you a few hundreds on this one, since it is a fresh face. That fact also means it will be attention-grabbing.

That was such an awesome graphics. Seeing the video really makes me want to get a copy of it! I wonder how much it is worth.

Ridge Racer is coming back to the scene. I think I like this one much better.

This is what you call an exciting game! It’s a great combination of race and chaos on the streets; the moment is gold. And I must say it is better than the most-wanted NFS.
