Video: This Is Why James Hunt Matters In "Rush"

The promotional buzz surrounding "Rush" is gaining more and more steam with the movie set to be released in theaters in a little over a month’s time.

The Ron Howard-directed movie tells of the intense rivalry between real-life F1 rivals Niki Lauda and James Hunt. But while a lot of people will remember Lauda as the three-time F1 world champion, it’s important to note that Hunt was far from a slouch - he won the 1976 F1 crown - and was a worthy adversary to the Austrian racer.

On that note, the producers couldn’t have cast a better man to play James Hunt than Chris Hemsworth. He’s got the look and the charisma of the former F1 champion and the flair for being one of the most recognized actors in the world today.

This latest promotional video, which is similar to the third trailer released a few weeks ago, is all about James Hunt and the role he played in arguably one of the fiercest Formula One battles in history. Remember James Hunt, people.

He’s earned that respect from us.
