When Pterodactyls Attack
Maybe at some point in your driving career you have tried to use an unusual excuse when questioned by the police. I guarantee you, however, that you haven’t used this one!
When explaining why he had crossed into opposing traffic and subsequently crashed into a light pole, a 29 year old Wenatchee, Washington man had a one word reason: “pterodactyl.” While this excuse may have worked 65 million years ago (or 6,000 years ago if you believe differently) it certainly doesn’t “fly” today. The driver was for first-degree negligent driving.
