You all remember the Stefan Eriksson's Enzo crash. Latest researches determined that Eriksson had a passenger with him, that has now been sentenced to 30 days in jail for misleading police.

The passenger, Trevor Michael Karney, also got three years probation after pleading no contest Monday to giving police false information.

After the crash, Karney disappeared somewhere in Ireland and sneaked back into the U.S. through Mexico. He claimed he was a a passenger in a Mercedes and that he saw the Ferrari's driver flee into the hills.

Later researches determined that where was no Mercedes and that in fact Karney was the passenger of the Ferrari Enzo, a person known only as "Dietrich," as Eriksson claimed when he was asked about his passenger.
