While the Chevrolet Camaro may be out to save General Motors, one Camaro is out to save the whole world. It’s name is Bumblebee and GM showed him off in Chicago ahead of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie.
While the Canaro is only about 4.5 feet tall, this Autobot grows to almost 17 feet (5.2 meters) tall and 13 feet (4 meters) wide.
"Chevrolet is thrilled to again be part of one of the most anticipated movies in years,” said Ed Peper, GM North America vice president. “Transformers’ gives us a great opportunity to connect with young people on their terms, with a dynamic, environmentally friendly image. The new characters represent the change going on in Chevy showrooms."
Next to it, from the Chevrolet line-up there will also be the Sideswipe, the mystery Chevrolet Corvette Centennial Concept.
