2010 Chevy Camaro Series 5 by Hurst

Hurst has come a long way from the first "Hurst Hemi Under Glass" and now seems to have a thing for a particular muscle car. At the 2009 SEMA Show, the American tuning company unveiled the Camaro Performance Series which was auctioned off prior to its production. This year the tuner brings another tuning package to the Camaro market. It’s called the Camaro Series 5 and it’s, of course, a special edition limited to only 50 units.

The Series 5 is painted with Hurst’s iconic colors of white and gold with a drop of sparkle; there’s a light dusting of gold mica in the white and painted gloss black graphics with gold stripe detailing. The car sits on 20” X 9” and 20” X 11” black-chrome Hurst forged alloy wheels.

Thanks to a Magnuson Supercharger and the Magnaflow polished exhaust system, the engine delivers a total of 445 HP which is the same horsepower given to their Camaro Performance Series. The interior gets graphite leather with gold stitching and embroidered HURST logos, a real metal sequentially numbered interior dash plaque, and logo-embroidered floor mats.

If someone is lucky enough to be able to purchase one of the fifty vehicles being produced each year, the owner will also receive a custom Hurst gold car cover, a signed Certificate of Authenticity, and signatures in the trunk from the Hurst Team. Prices for this exclusive Hurst Camaro have yet to be announced.

Press release after the jump.
