Although most of us agree that the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is awesome enough as it is, some tuning companies would rather slap their visual and output-increasing upgrades to the naturally aspirated muscle car. Renowned GM tuners Callaway Cars and Hennessey Performance have already done it with fantastic results, but it seems the list of shops looking to soup-up the Z/28's 7.0-liter, V-8 engine up keeps getting bigger.

The latest company to join the pack is Geiger Cars, a German shop known for tuning American cars since 1979. Cadillacs, Chevys, Fords or Dodges, you name it. Geiger Cars doesn't care about Detroit's silly wars. If its American, the tuner will modify it, and stuff extra ponies and torque under the hood. Although the Camaro Z/28 is already sold out for the year, Geiger managed to get its hands on the track-prepped muscle car->ke507 to add some magic to that brilliant engine we all love to hear.

If you live in Europe and you were worried about not having a shot at buying a Z/28, then you'd better read on and get ready to pay the folks over at Geiger Cars a visit.

Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 By Geiger Cars in detail

Unlike Hennessey and Callaway, Geiger left the Camaro's interior and exterior unchanged. At least that's what were getting from the photos and the company's brief press release, which makes no mention of such updates. No badging, no custom side sills or floor mats, nothing. Aside from the Geiger Cars graphics on the fender, this Z/28 is as stock as it gets.

Things change dramatically under the hood, though, where the Germans added an extra 106 horsepower and 53 pound-feet of torque to the already powerful engine. The unit now churns 611 ponies and 534 pound-feet of twist, which translates into significant performance improvements. Unfortunately, Geiger declined to release details surrounding this output increase or actual acceleration figures, but expect some forced induction device to be responsible for the upgrade.

Although specifics are scant, Geiger Cars says the update is already available to purchase. The Germans ask a whopping €13,000 ($17,435 as of 08/08/2015) for the package and claim they have the 2014 Camaro Z/28 in stock. There's no mentioning on how many coupes are actually available or of the full sticker with the car included, but we suggest you contact Geiger for further information.
