As usual, Chevrolet ->ke199 will be present and accounted for at the 2013 SEMA Show with a rather impressive lineup of high-performance rigs. And what's the point of a high-performance Chevy display without the 2014 Corvette Stingray taking center stage?

The first of the Stingray concepts we will see in Las Vegas draws inspiration from west-coast culture, and Chevy named it the Corvette Stingray->ke4603 Coupe Pacific Concept.

The concept is based on the Corvette Stingray with the mighty Z51 package, and it features a stunning Torch Red exterior paint combined with a Carbon Flash Metallic paint on its rear spoiler and a Carbon Flash graphics package.

The bright-red body is combined with a carbon-fiber hood, an exposed-weave, carbon-fiber removable roof panel, and a front splitter and rocker extensions in satin black. All of this black and the exposed carbon fiber contrast well against the red body.

Rounding out the aesthetics is a set of satin-black, aluminum wheels with a red accent stripe. This staggered wheels are sized 19-by-8.5 inches up front and 20-by-10 inches out back.

Chevy also updated the interior as updated with its own carbon-fiber trim kit, a set of Competition Sport seats and a flat-bottom steering wheel with a carbon-fiber finish.

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

The seventh-generation Chevrolet Corvette was unveiled at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show and with it came a new name, a new exterior design language and an all-new V-8 engine.

The new Stingray is powered by a new 6.2-liter, V-8 engine that produces 460 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 465 pound-feet of torque at 4,600 rpm with the available performance exhaust system. With the standard exhaust system in play, the power drops to 455 horsepower and 460 pound-feet.

There is also an optional Z51 package that adds a dry-sump oiling system, slightly shorter gear ratios, larger-capacity Bilstein dampers, a rear-stabilizer bar and forged rims.

The model is priced from $51,995.
