At the Geneva Motor Show 2007 the Chrysler Group and JAB ANSTOETZ will present an extraordinary design-study on the basis of the Chrysler Crossfire that you will be able to see at the Karmann stand.
The challenge was the idea to equip an automobile like the Chrysler Crossfire with materials and textiles out of the living area. The materials and carpets used in the car were provided by JAB Anstoetz a leading fabric designer worldwide
They styled the Chrysler Crossfire as a completely new car. JAB ANSTOETZ directed the attention on the variety of structures and textures and created a harmonious color draft and textile draft that delimits itself clearly from the standard cars.
That's what they said. The exterior look nice. But about the interior combination...is not quite nice. If you know that the design of the center console in the Crossfire is very similar with the one from the past Mercedes SLK, you should think that the bad thing is to use strange materials. The snake-skin is very scary and the blue coat looks like it only last for a few times. The combination is also at least strange. The flashy brown buttons are from a cheap toy, and the carpets may stop you driving. If you need to drive this car you may search for a method to drive from the outside.
