DDR Motorsport cars

DDR Motorsport is a group of designers, mechanical engineers and specialists in all car areas that have come together in Ft Lauderdale, Fl. They were formed in 2001 with the goal of creating one of the most remarkable kit cars available. This goal led them to the DDR sp "sport prototype" model line which resembles the design of the european GT world endurance prototype cars.

Back in July, DDR Motosport revealed the Miami GT Grand Prix Edition , a special-edition version of its standard Miami GT model. It might seem a bit of a surprise to see a niche manufacturer build a special-edition model of an already-limited model in its own right, but hey, DDR saw things it probably wanted to improve on and it set about doing it.

Thus, the creation of the Miami GT Grand Prix Edition. Apparently, DDR Motorsport loved the car so much that it created a promotional video of the sports car , highlighting all the goodies that were added in turning the sports car into an emerald-looking gem of a ride.

DDR Motorsport accomplished the build of the vehicle, thanks to countless hours of laborious work in its shops, while also getting the assistance and cooperation from a number of companies in the aftermarket business. Whether it was Concavo Wheels, K-Sport, Stuttgart Auto Collision, Bill Ussery Collision Center, and a whole list of other suppliers, all played a part in giving the Miami GT Grand Prix Edition that added aesthetic shine and more importantly, the improved levels of performance that assisted in raising its performance capabilities on the track.

DDR Motorsport has revealed the latest version of the Miami GT. The new model is called the Miami GT Grand Prix Edition and is the result of many hours of work and some deep cooperation between the teams from DDR Motorsport, Concavo Wheels, K-Sport, Stuttgart Auto Collision, Bill Ussery Collision Center and much more.

DDR Motorsport is built this model, using its own chassis and frame, combined with parts from other makers. There are two GT models, the GT4 using an Acura RSX or Toyota MR2 engine and the GT8 that uses an LS1 Corvette engine.

The Miami GT Grand Prix Edition is essentially an upgraded version of the GT4 or GT8 kit, but the upgrades that DDR equipped it with certainly help take this sports car to a whole new level of quickness and ability on the track.

Miami, Florida is more than just sun, sand, and South Beach. It’s known for those things of course - not to mention all the hot people that live there - but there’s one more thing for which Miami is starting to get known: a burgeoning auto scene.

Plenty of the world’s most exotic and expensive supercars run through the roads of Miami and where variety seems to be no problem, a certain auto company is looking to make heads turn with their own custom-build supercar, the Miami GT.

The brainchild of DDR Motorsports, the Miami GT, is the epitome of what Ferdinand Porsche once said, “I couldn’t find the sports car of my dreams, so I built it myself.” It’s a one-of-a-kind supercar that takes customer satisfaction to heart. While the basic elements of the car have already been built, there are plenty other elements of it that can be customized and styled depending on the customer’s whims and preferences.

Call them a niche supercar builder all you want, but you can’t deny the potential of what they’re cooking up in South Beach.
