The limited edition Green With Envy will stand out in its green exterior that will be combined with two A-line body-side stripes – either in matte black (standard) or white (optional). The R/T version will get a new set of five-spoke, cast-aluminum wheels in the spirit of nostalgic Halibrand or "Kidney Bean" style with a modern interpretation, while the SRT8 392 edition will get dual, full-body black stripes and 20-inch, five-spoke SRT-exclusive wheels with a polished face and satin black painted pockets.

On the interior, the SRT8 392 edition will get standard SRT-branded seats in Dark Slate Nappa Leather with Green With Envy accent bands in front and rear. For the R/T version, Dodge will offer premium Dark Slate Nappa leather seats and center console featuring Green With Envy accent stitching.

Engine

Like with the standard SRT8 392 model, the Green With Envy edition is powered by the legendary 392-cubic inch HEMI V8 powertrain with 470 HP and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. The R/T edition will get a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine that delivers 375 HP when mated to a standard Tremec six-speed manual transmission, or 372 HP if mated to an optional five-speed Auto Stick transmission.

Prices

The 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Green With Envy is priced at $44,875, while the 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T Classic Green With Envy has a price of $35,785.

The Competition

The new Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 takes on models like the Chevrolet Camaro SS and the Ford Mustang GT 5.0. The Camaro SS is powered by a powerful 6.2L V-8 engine with an output of 422 HP. The GT 5.0 is powered by a V8 that puts out 412 HP and 390 lb-ft of torque. Both are left behind by the new Challenger's 470hp engine, but we're guessing that not everyone is going to take a liking to the green exterior.
