2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit Pace Car

Let it be known that we love ourselves some Dodge Charger . There’s something undeniably cool about the car that belies its undeniable performance capabilities.

Recently, we found out that a special 2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit , the very same one that patrols our streets as a police cruiser, will serve as the official pace car for both the NASCAR Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Series races in Phoenix on March 3rd and 4th, 2012. Unlike some of the other pace cars we’ve seen in the past, the Charger Pursuit will be dressed in a matte black finish with matching white accents on the body and a full police livery.

We don’t expect the Charger Pursuit Pace Car to carry the full boat of law-enforcement technology that the police cars carry, but to see one actually taking serving as a pace car for a NASCAR race is beyond cooler words.

We don’t know if the Charger Pursuit Pace Car will carry a 3.6-liter V6 engine that has 292 horsepower or the more powerful 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine that produces 370 ponies. Either way, it’s going to be a real treat to watch the Dodge sports car flex its muscles while leading the pack in Phoenix.

I really like how Dodge makes their cars more masculine and that what men like me want it to be.

I hope that it isn’t only good in movies.

It should better be as fierce as it is in the movies.

Won’t it be nice if most of the police cars are like this? Dodge is very good on producing service automotive.

It looks great! Furthermore, either engine options are ideal since both are just high in powering.

I think its appearance has shown enough potential for its performance.

For this to be featured in the Transformers movie, this must be proven powerful. It should be perfect on real life’s normal roads too.

Cool! It’d be nice to see this perform too! Perhaps we can visualize how sleek it’d run if it’s actually chasing some law-breakers.

I only see this Dodge from the Transformers movie and I think this will be a strong law enforcement mobile.

Quoting “We don’t expect the Charger Pursuit Pace Car to carry the full boat of law-enforcement technology that the police cars carry”, of course I don’t. Seeing it is awe-striking enough. But why underestimate it? The engine is powerful.

I’m sure this will be a favorite of the crowd; after all, it’s not every day that you see a police car included in the display of sports cars.

It’s a cool dress-up for the police cruiser. I’m glad it’s gaining recognition not only as a service car but also as a performing car. It’s definitely worth being there.

If this car rules the community, it’ll be peaceful for sure. It has an aggressive body with wider platform making the boss on the road.

A very competitive car suits both police service and sports race. Either it be of the varying engines, it would be cool to see it run live.
